' Houzz Entities' means Houzz Shop and its Affiliates.' Affiliate' means, with respect to a party, an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such party.

This Houzz Shop Vendor Agreement (' Agreement') is made by and between Houzz Shop LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal offices located at 285 Hamilton Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301 (' Houzz Shop', ' we' or ' us'), and the vendor providing products for resale by Houzz Shop through the Houzz Platform (as defined below) (' Vendor' or ' you').
